Delivery & Returns

We can only apologise, but we are currently having to endure
increased prices on deliveries during the ongoing covid situation
and are unable to absorb these into our already low pricing.


We currently ship to UK addresses only.

We have been forced to apply the following rates with effect from 29 April 2020, due to spiralling delivery rates:-

Orders between £0.00 and £29.99   £7.99 +VAT

Orders between £30.00 and £49.99   £6.99 +VAT

Orders between £50.00 and £74.99   £5.99 +VAT

Orders over £75.00   FREE

In most cases we will aim to dispatch orders either the same, or at least the following working day, unless other circumstances beyond our control affect this. The usual form of dispatch is a "next working day" service, but in some rare cases we may need to change this to a tracked Royal Mail service with no time delivery guarantee.

We will despatch your order by either Courier or Royal Mail and ALL parcels will be sent on a “signed-for” service – PLEASE ENSURE THAT AN ADULT WILL BE AVAILABLE TO RECEIVE AND SIGN FOR THE DELIVERY. Shipping, handling and any insurance fees are not negotiable

Collection in person may be available by prior appointment – unarranged collections will not be possible

You can expect your order to arrive within 1-3 working days (subject to courier and Royal Mail efficiency, of course). All stock is in the UK, but some items may take 1-2 days longer to arrive and are subject to availability.

If you purchase with PayPal we can ONLY send to your PayPal confirmed address. If you need a delivery sent to a different address, please change the address on your PayPal account before completing your purchase.





We hope that you will be pleased with your purchases from CDA. However, we do understand that there may be occasions when you need to return items to us.

Items That Are Damaged in Transit

If any item is damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 1 working day of receipt.


If the outer parcel shows visible damage upon receipt, please sign the carrier's delivery system accordingly i.e. please write “DAMAGED” on the handheld device or paperwork. Please remember that if you consider that the item would not have survived the damage to the outer packaging, you have the right to refuse delivery. For items that appear to have been damaged, please take pictures of the packaging before opening, or if the damage becomes apparent when opening, take as many pictures as necessary to illustrate the problem. Items should be returned in their original boxes, complete with all packaging, accessories and documentation. Once returned to our warehouse, we will check the return and if everything is in order, issue a replacement, or refund via your original payment method and reimburse reasonable return carriage costs that we have not arranged (and paid for) in advance.


Faulty Toners & Ink

We understand that there may be occasions where a product is faulty or becomes faulty, In this instance, you can obtain a replacement or refund within 3 months of purchase, but you must be able to provide your order number.

(This ONLY applies to unwanted / change of mind cartridges) Unopened and undamaged cartridges can be returned within 30 days for a refund. If the packaging has been damaged by pen, stickers, or other visible marks, we cannot accept returns for a refund - the items must be in the same condition that they left our warehouse and resaleable.


How do I raise my returns request?

What is the best way for me to return my items to you?

We always advise our customers to use some form of carriage that requires a signature upon delivery. The majority of items are returned to us using Royal Mail Special or Recorded Delivery, but we may be able to arrange a courier return for you.

We want you to be happy with all purchases from CDA Technology. In the unlikely event that you need to return an item, we will endeavour to help as much as we can. If it’s necessary for you to return a larger or heavy item, we will assist you with arranging a courier collection at our preferential rates. The cost of this service would be deducted from your refund if the reason for a return meant that it was not eligible for a “free” return. We will do all that we can to help you with any queries that you may have and are well-known for our friendly approach to customer service.
